Who We Are


There is a little story behind every birth, connected by memory and concept to a vision.

The Faculty of Hospitality Management (SFHM) at the Sagesse University was founded by Monseigneur Merhej, former President of the University, in coordination with the chancellor, S.E. Monseigneur Paul Matar, who identified the need in Lebanon for a quality education in hospitality and its services. In order to meet this end, Monseigneur Merhej contacted the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne by the end of 2003.
